Today, Allison walks us through the process of creating your own "Year at a Glance" Canvas for 2022

-Use a blank canvas- you can get this at the dollar store or any craft store!

-Write 2022 at the top, along with a phrase (mine is "the year it all became real") and your word for 2022.

-Write down the months of the year, and add any highlights / prescheduled events you have that you are looking forward to

-Hang this at your desk and revisit it regularly- add to it anytime something happens that you want to commemorate from your upcoming year!
