Create the Year You've Always Wanted but Have Yet to Experience

 If your goals for the New Year sound exactly like what you said you wanted to manifest last year.. you have a problem!

 “Motivation to work out or keep to my positive habits and routines”

It’s like taking that inspirational check you wrote to yourself at the beginning of the year and crossing out 2024 to write 2025.

What makes you think anything is going to be different this time? 

Now here me out—I am a huge proponent of change and growth, and I truly believe that your desires are your desires because they are destined for you. BUT most people can’t get out of their own way when it comes to creating the life they actually want.


Here’s what usually happens..

You get together with friends to make a vision board, and things are flowing and you finally start to feel good about yourself and your life, until 2 weeks later when things actually start to feel worse.

Setting new goals and intentions in the dead of winter isn’t the easiest mental barrier to overcome. It can be easy to justify hitting snooze when you won’t benefit from the payout for months to come, but by delaying your breakthrough, the payout never comes, and you’re stuck in a perpetual cycle of wanting more, but stuck feeling like it’s never enough.

Here is the problem… there is a disconnect between the way you see yourself and the version of yourself who experiences your desires.

Even though you consciously desire new relationship, job, and workout routine that gives you loads of energy, if it conflicts with the way you view yourself on a subconscious level, change will be impossible.

You’ll make strides, only to self sabotage at the last minute

I like to call this What’s it matter” syndrome

 You’ll find yourself able to easily get knocked off your game by the slightest inconvenience, negating all of the progress you’ve white knuckled
